You see it, then we refine
You click through it, show it to whoever else needs to weigh in, and tell us what is wrong. We adjust and send it back. Two or three rounds is usually enough.

Ship and keep improving
We handle the domain, the hosting, the analytics and the handover. After launch we stay on to maintain it and keep adding to it as the business changes.

Small studio. No shortcuts
Bonsai Digital is a Japan-based studio run by an engineer raised in the US, with experience at Meta, Bosch, and Toyota. We build websites, web applications, internal tools, AI agents, and AI systems. We are engineers first: proper system design, clean architecture, and security are the baseline here, not an afterthought.
Building something that stays secure and holds up under real use is engineering, and that is the standard we work to. And whatever you are building, you work directly with the person building it. No account managers, no ticket systems, just clear communication in Japanese or English.
